Based in Beijing and Shanghai, Avocado Development is a fitness and wellness consultant, that brings a variety of quality teacher training courses, tailored workshops and retreats to China and other parts of Asia. With a thirst for knowledge and passion for health and fitness, we share your passion in development and improvement - physically and mentally. There is so much to explore when learning about the body and movement. This can be done in a relaxing and fun environment.
We feel that an open-minded attitude towards different sports can only broaden your knowledge and provide variety to your everyday fitness regime.
If you are a trainer in any field of fitness and feel you would like to share your knowledge either as an internationally certified teacher training course, or a workshop in Asia, we will be more than happy to bring you over and make this teaching opportunity possible.
Alternatively, if you have a strong desire to learn with a certain trainer/teacher or would like to see a tailored workshop/retreat for your own personal needs and can’t find what you are looking for, please feel free to let us know your ideas and suggestions. We will do our best to make this possible.
